Hector Laca has been an advisor to the Uruguayan Ministry of Agriculture for nine years and was the Secretary of the National Milk Board. He has authored a number of publications in his field of expertise. Mr. Laca-Vina has a background in farming and holds a college degree in Biological Science from Uruguay's Science Faculty, a masters degree of management focusing on agribusiness from Massey University (New Zealand) and a masters degree of Science in International Agricultural and Food Marketing from the University of Newcastle (UK). He also is a PhD in Agribusiness, Massey University (New Zealand). |
